Terms & Conditions – StepUp Score Partner Program

The StepUp Score Partner Program Code of Conduct has been established to protect the rights, trust, and safety of all individuals associated with the program. However, each Partner remains responsible for their own actions, and StepUp Score assumes no responsibility or liability in this regard.

As a StepUp Score Authorised Partner, you are expected to comply with the following Code of Conduct:

• You may not use the StepUp Score Partner Program to engage in any unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud or other illegal practices.
• You must not discriminate against anyone on the basis of race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, age, religion, marital status, disability status, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristic under applicable law.
• You must not accept any payments or payouts directly from clients under any circumstances.
• You must not use abusive, offensive, or harassing language towards other users, clients, or Partners of the program.
• You must not post inappropriate or misleading content on any StepUp Score-related pages, posts, or your own social media without prior written approval.
• You are expected to maintain respect, professionalism, and courtesy towards other Partners, clients, and representatives of StepUp Score.
• Confidentiality must be strictly maintained. Any information shared by StepUp Score, its Partners, or clients must remain private.
• You must not engage in any activity that violates laws or regulations governing fair business conduct.
• Partners must ensure client confidentiality at all times and handle personal data with the highest level of care and security.
• No Partner shall advertise in a manner that misrepresents, conceals, or falsifies their identity or association with StepUp Score.
• Partners are expected to be empathetic toward clients who are under financial stress and must make them feel supported and respected at all times.
• StepUp Score does not charge any upfront fees to customers. All Partners must comply with this policy.
• Any violation of this Code may result in termination from the program, forfeiture of commissions, and repayment of any commissions obtained through misconduct.
